Villa Overview
The ground floor features a comfortable open-plan living/kitchen area with a fireplace and modern, fully-equipped Italian gourmet kitchen with a central island/breakfast bar that seats 6. There is a bathroom + shower and a separate bedroom that sleeps 2 (double bed), with a built-in wardrobe and French doors leading out to the pool patio.
The upper floor comprises 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 king- sleeps 4 total), each with large built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms lead out onto their own external balconies where one can fully appreciate the beautiful sea views.
The lower floor has a large living area which can be used as a self-contained studio apartment or au-pair suite. It includes 2 convertible sleeper-style armchairs, small kitchenette with washing machine and a fully-appointed bathroom. The lower floor can be accessed internally, or be completely independent using an external entrance.

The Villa boasts a large swimming pool with integral Jacuzzi, and the extensive patio incorporates a covered dining area with a wood-fired barbecue and pizza oven. There is additional outdoor seating with multiple sunbeds and umbrellas. The property is accented by a unique stone wall, built to replicate an ancient “ruin” of the gardens.
The manicured grounds, totaling over ½ acre in size, are fully-landscaped and enclosed within stone-built boundary walls. An electronically-operated gated entrance leads into the expansive stone driveway with a shaded pergola-covered parking area.
Please note that the swimming pool is not fenced in. Therefore, young children must be accompanied at all times to ensure their safety.
